WOMAN OF STEEL IS MAY 21st!!
WOMAN OF STEEL IS MAY 21st!!
Welcome to the TriUtah Wasatch ½ marathon and 10k!
We are really excited to introduce this wonderful course to the TriUtah race calendar. In our 2nd running, this event is sure to become a Utah favorite!
After missing two years of this amazingly picturesque event, we are excited to have this event back in 2022!
With this event starting and ending near the Soldier Hollow Nordic Center there will be no shortage of breathtaking scenery. Plus, this out and back course provides no need for shuttles as you’ll be able sleep in a little longer and park and the start/finish line.
Both distances will start at the Soldier Hollow Group Pavilion located in the beautiful town of Midway and Wasatch State Park. As you exit the start chute you will run north along the foothills and farmlands of Midway, passing the historic Homestead Resort and crater. Runners with then turn around at the half way mark of your respective distance and return to the finish-line. Don't be surprised if you see the occasional deer, porcupines, raccoons and there creatures out and about on race morning. The past portion of the run is slightly uphill, but from what we've experienced, having the Wasatch Mountain Range in your view the entire run makes it all worth it!
The course will be clearly marked with volunteers, A-frame signs, and markings in the road.
Note: Due to road construction and an event in Midway, we were asked to reschedule the race. It is now (for this year only) on the same day as the Woman of Steel Running Relay. This event will be starting 90 minutes before our event, and will end several hours after. We are excited to host both events and promise a smooth racing day!
BE SURE TO REVIEW THIS SECTION FREQUENTLY BEFORE THE RACE AS WE UPDATE IT PERIODICALLY!
