Thinking about your first Tri? We’re super stoked that you’ve chosen TriUtah to help get you on your way! Whether you’re a first timer or seasoned athlete, TriUtah has your race experience covered! Over its 20+ year history, TriUtah has held many USAT championship events and has become the largest and most respected multisport company in the state of Utah.

TriUtah was founded by Chris Bowerbank and John Anderson in 1998. Since the beginning, the core foundation of TriUtah has been to produce the highest quality events, prioritize athlete safety and continue improving and growing the sport.

Since then, TriUtah has become the leader in the local multi-sport scene serving athletes from all over the globe.  With new ownership, our goal is to continue the vision of Chris and John by utilizing our 16+years of event management experience to provide athletes unforgettable races at each one of our beautiful race venues. TriUtah continues to host regional and national sanctioned events.  In addition, our Jordanelle Triathlon was selected as one of America's top 100 triathlons by Triathlete Magazine.

TriUtah has a renowned reputation for safety. From start to finish, we take extra precautions to keep you safe at the events and to make sure you have a cheesy grin on your face when you cross the finish line.  TriUtah is one of the only organizers in Utah who hire trained USA Triathlon officials on course to monitor the safety and rules of our athletes. 

A big part of any event is making sure we do everything we can to keep athletes safe and on course. From taped courses, chuted turn points, to using our 3 point contact methods at course shifts, we have you covered.  We’d like to say the only way you’ll veer off course would be from tears of joy because you’re having such a great time with us!

We've managed relays, fun runs, gran fondo's, half-marathons, full marathons, and more.  We commit to you, we'll make sure our venues are ready for you! 

After over 16 years in the event industry, we've learned a lot!  As such, we have a few tricks up our sleeves to provide amazing events at good value! We know that this sport can get expensive, and we’re committed to giving you our best on race day.  We firmly feel that after your 1st TriUtah event, you’ll see the difference we bring to the Utah market and the sport, and will come back for more.  We can't change the increased costs of supplies, permits and goods, so we may as we delivery something with a little extra "umpfh" and value.
